Returns & Exchanges:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to make every transaction a
pleasant and convenient shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase from marionjewelers.com , simply return it within 30 days of
receipt for a prompt refund or exchange. (ONLINE ORDERS ONLY)

The product must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original
materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklet. If the product you're returning
included in a special offer, the additional item (s) must also be returned. A return may
void multiple purchase discounts. Should you need to return an item due to our error,
we will compensate the return shipping. In all other instances, return shipping costs
are your responsibility. We reserve the right to make final judgment on the condition of
the product returned to us.

All refunds will be credited the full purchase price of the product, and will be made
in the same manner as the original purchase. Shipping charges will
not be refunded. Please not that special orders and engraved items may not
be returned. New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the
tags (such as the hologram or shipping tags) or the case.

Layaways (In-store purchases only)

On all merchandise purchased through our interest free layaway, the minimum deposit is 25% of purchase price; with balance to be paid in no more than 12 monthly payments.

Marion Jewelers & Co. (www.marionjewelers.com) will not be responsible for any
item that is returned in the manner set forth below.

Return Instructions:

Enclose a copy of your original packing slip and/or note indicating your original order
number and your request (return, replacement, etc.)

On your invoice if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:

Less than $500.00: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship item fully insured and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment reached its destination.

More than $500.00: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail insured for the total value of contents, and request return receipt confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. Fedex and UPS will not insure merchandise over $500.00

We can not credit you for any items we do not receive due to lost or incorrectly
delivered return shipment. Your return shipment must be packaged to avoid damage to the
retail box or the item (s) being returned. When we receive your return, we will process
your credit as quickly as possible (usually in within 4 business days). You will
be notified via e-mail as soon as your credit has been processed.
